I made this point when we discussed this issue earlier. Without getting caught up in semantics, we know without doubt who the relevant person is. It is the applicant who is looking for this information. I repeat the point that we still do not know what is deemed relevant to the health of that person. I hope the guidelines and all of the other matters that are laid out will make that a great deal clearer. I thank the Minister.
