I move amendment No. 204:

In page 25, between lines 31 and 32, to insert the following: “(2) During the meeting referred to in subsection (1)(a), the designated person shall not try to influence the relevant person in any way in relation to the relevant person’s views on their adoption. If a relevant person requests emotional or psychological support, the designated person shall provide the relevant person with the details.”.
