It has been explained better by Deputy Bacik but that is what we sought to do with this amendment. The Bill currently uses the words "relevant to the health" of an affected person. In cases where you have a diagnosis of something, you understand what you are looking for, but many people will just want their or their family's medical history and will not know specifically what they are looking for. The fact that it is restricted to what is "relevant to the health" is our difficulty.
