-----one of the issues that was brought up was how we assess whether this has been effectively done in the projects and is not just a report.

The gender checklist that followed on from the report is a practical way for us to implement it. We are working within TII to make sure we proactively apply this in a meaningful way within the design teams and the project management so that it will be evident on the ground. It takes all of the organisation to work for all levels.
