I have one question and I hope to be able to provide assurance to people. There is concern that there is an issue with supply of transport fuel and home heating oil. Is that the case? I am hearing different things in different places. It is important to hear what the Minister has to say about it. I appreciate the difficult context we are in. In the days, weeks and months ahead, how will the Minister ensure we avoid profiteering or hoarding of fuels? Does he have plans to regulate the market to ensure fair distribution of fuels? He indicated there would be specific Government measures in October but in light of recent events, decisions may need to be made in the near future. When will they be made?
