I am advised that the Department is working with the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science surrounding what Deputy Ó Broin mentioned. It is very keen to point out that this is on competence. We just want to be careful in terms of the parameters when we are talking about a register. Work is going on across Government in line with the recommendation Housing For All.
