I will reiterate that the purpose of this meeting, as we understand it, is to talk about the issues we have with the Bill and the challenges the Bill presents for employers so that we have the best balanced piece of legislation that we can possibly have. It is important to say again that the vast majority of employers are saying that they are supportive of introducing elements of remote, flexible and hybrid working. I appreciate that it sounds as though we are complaining all the time, but when looking at the specific issue of the Bill, it is important that we highlight where we see those challenges.
