I thank Ms Haugen for her opening statement and the chilling insights from her own experience. We appreciate her sharing that with us. I will now turn to my colleagues, who have seven minutes for questions and answers. I ask them to be mindful of that. I remind Ms Haugen that members of this committee have seven minutes, so within that time they will probably move quickly through their questions to try to get short answers if at all possible to cut to the crux of the issue we are trying to discuss.
