Am I correct to say the following? Klarna does its business with the merchant. The person who wants to use Klarna knows of the product and has bought that product, in a sense, from Klarna because they are using the service to pay the merchant plus they do not pay any charges or interest. It is a deal between Klarna and the merchant.
