So everything that the Chairman spoke about in the first instance, where there is a credit agreement, is already captured. This is an amendment where there is cost-free credit. So there is no credit charge. One just goes in and if it is €1,000 then one pays €333 today, €333 at the of the month and €333 at the end of month two. There is no credit charge. None. It is actually being financed by a credit company to the shop to give that price. There is no interest being charged to the customer. The price that the shop charges essentially has a built-in cost of credit but the consumer would not be aware of that. This amendment is to make sure that the provider of credit to the shop is captured under this legislation.
