I appreciate that commitment, but I might come at this from a different point of view. As legislators who are asked to pass legislation that we support, it is reasonable that before this legislation is passed, we have an indicative timeframe as to when various sections will be commenced. It would be quite normal to have that understanding. While there might not be a specific date in the Bill, there would be an indication that it is envisaged that it would be in the third or fourth quarter of the year. If possible, can the Minister of State obtain that information before Report Stage?
