That determination will be made by the Department as part of the remedial planning process. We engage with NBI on an ongoing basis. It has come to us and said that delays have arisen and has looked for relief under the contract. Mr. Mulligan, Mr. Neary and the entire team then look at that and decide what is legitimate in terms of a claim for relief. That assessment will be made.
