I welcome from SIPTU, Mr. Damian Ginley, sector organiser of SIPTU health division, and Ms Aideen Carberry, assistant industrial organiser of SIPTU health division; and from Fórsa, Mr. Éamonn Donnelly, head of health and welfare division, and Ms Catherine Keogh, assistant general secretary.
