I am not familiar with whether the Government ever considered it, so I cannot answer that question. It is critical for us that appropriate standards be applied in all the accommodation. Ms Hayes spoke about the national quality standards framework that is in place. We are very anxious that that be in place for all types of accommodation, including private emergency accommodation, which is being rolled out at the moment and which we support very much.
