That is a fantastic news story. If it can be achieved in an urban area such as Waterford - obviously it will take longer to address the challenges in Dublin - it certainly shows that progress can be made.

This is addressed to Ms Timmons in relation to the Department. I have requested that targets be placed on local authorities for the repair and lease scheme ad nauseamfor 12 months and it still has not been done. Will that be done and if so, when?
