The background to this is we have always strongly believed that wholesale fibre networks are the future for connectivity, whether that is in Ireland or across Europe. If we go back to where we were in 2018 or 2019, there was not any evidence across Europe for fibre networking being built on a national scale. If you think about the technical risks, the commercial risks in terms of take-up and the construction risks associated with building full fibre networks, none of that had been developed or understood.
