Head 16(3) provides for the proposed demolition of a registered monument. Can Mr. Carpenter explain who is the decision-maker in the case of a demolition? Is it that the person applies for a licence or is it through the planning process? Does it require approval from the Minister or from the National Museum? What is the process?
