There will be liaison with planning authorities to assist. It is the find or the suspected find that will trigger the beginning of the timeframe within which the person will be expected to report the find to the Minister or An Garda Síochána. I will ask Mr. Kirwan if there is anything to add to this as to how that trigger might come into force.
