I thank the Minister of State. There is a wide scope of what can go in the register. At this stage of the Bill we take a general view of issues. I assure the committee and everyone there is a wide scope of what can be entered in the register which would afford various levels of protection. I do not know whether one of my colleagues wants to speak on this in particular. I invite Mr. Kirwan to speak.
