I have heard figures talked about at €2.1 billion, €2.5 billion and €2.9 billion, or €2.7 billion because it is not VAT or something. What is the State's exposure in total? What is the worst-case scenario of the maximum cost of this to the State? What is the total predicted cost, in terms of the ratio of the State's money to the non-State money going into the deployment scheme?
