Of course, I very much regret that the board resigned. This is a policy area that is overseen by my Department. I accept that the implementation of the scheme was a matter of dissatisfaction to the members of the board at that point. I very much regret that they felt that the option that was open to them was to resign.

Getting the review up and running has taken some more time to do than I would have hoped. Of course, I wish there had been an opportunity to have the review up and running before we got to the point of the board resigning. All of that being said, I will do all that I can to first facilitate a new board being put in place. Second, within the review of the scheme that is under way and that does need reconsideration, I will do all that I can to get this part of the module done as speedily as possible.
