That is okay. I was wondering if we could talk about guardian ad litem, GAL. I am not a legal expert. I am aware that there is other legislative work being done on the child care (amendment) Bill, which fell in the last Dáil and is now coming back. I would like to understand a little bit more about the interaction of the guardianad litem. I suspect that the answer will be that we need further clarity on where they should be appointed. I am interested particularly in that idea that it should be a given and that everybody should be entitled to a GAL. Does that need to be explicitly written in this legislation or should it be written in the other legislation? It is that question of crossover again.
