Before I get into my question, I am glad to hear contributions such as Deputy Cathal Crowe's around the citizens' assembly. If there is one thing we have gotten from this session it is that there is a broad spectrum of opinions around what we should be doing on the drugs issue. It is still a fraught and debatable area and that citizens' assembly cannot come soon enough because it would allow us to take some of the heat out of the discussion and look at the evidence. I am glad to hear that there is support for that on this committee.

This is one of the perils of a committee session being broadcast live. To go back to the north inner city task force, it seems somebody from that task force is watching the session because they have informed me that they met with the Department on 13 January and were told by the HSE that there is no allocation in its operational budget for 2022. Would the Minister of State like to respond to that?
