We have ambulance supervisors who are part of front-line crews and are part of our management structure. They engage there and then with nurse managers and doctors in the emergency department, as well as escalating the issue. Front-line staff in our organisation absolutely actively work to deal with such problems on the ground every day, as well as having the processes Mr. Morton and I are engaged in at regional and national level.
