I do not want to sound like I am being difficult or evading the question but we have a number of claims that are waiting for sufficient information to be provided to us to demonstrate that the cover specified in the policy has been triggered. In accordance with the terms of the policy, if there has been an occurrence of Covid-19 on the premises and restrictions were placed on the premises on the order or advice of a competent local authority, there is the opportunity for the policyholder to submit a notification to the broker, who would in turn submit that notification to AIG, which would then adjudicate on the policy.
