It is possible to get a synopsis or brief from Mr. Sobral in that regard? That would be useful. I met with a number of groups that met with a facilitator the other night in regard to PEACE PLUS. Mr. Sobral has the themes and the pillars, but there is the question of flexibility beyond that.
