In all we have covered today, whether it is Waterford or elsewhere, it seems to involve active management of the sites. Can Mr. Dinnigan give an insight into some of the derelict garden sites in Finglas west that were identified, which may have been sold off to builders who went bankrupt and so on, and how they were turned around. There were a lot of solutions that delivered some of those sites back to the community.
