The straight forward explanation is that the definition of long-term vacancy is what is eligible for our schemes for the purposes of social housing. That is the six-month rule. So 90 days is long-term vacancy. That reduces the figure of what was observed as being vacant and confirmed through a number of sources then being proposed through the schemes we have available to us.
