I was using that as an example of Dublin City Council having a site and believing it could not be developed. Then it took four years to pull it back from the developer.

I know that it is being brought back into use and that there are proposals for the site, but it is an example of how difficult it can be to bring such buildings back into use, even if there is a CPO and the owns them.
