No. Just because it is not included in the HNDA model does not mean we do not have other methodologies to do that. As another contributor mentioned earlier, we have a vacant homes officer who works with our various teams, including our housing and legal teams. We use our extensive area management presence locally to identify them. We probably have a better understanding and methodology because it is not fixed at one time; it is continuous.
