I thank Mr. Clegg for his reply. I have one supplementary question. When the staff of the dangerous buildings section are called out and undertake work on a building in Dublin city, do they automatically refer that property to the derelict sites section in Dublin City Council, the vacant sites section, or both? What percentage of the housing requirement in the housing needs assessment does Dublin City Council anticipate getting from renovating existing built infrastructure?
