I am nearly finished. Ordnance Survey Ireland photographs will clearly show that in 2007 and 2008 there was no marina whatsoever here. We brought it to attention in 2012, well within the seven years required. The first Ordnance Survey Ireland photograph shows that ten years after planning permission was introduced in this country, nothing was there, and there is a full-blown development there today.
