I apologise that I had to step out so my question might have been answered already. The question was on the forgotten farmers. They are young farmers but because they entered farming too early they were previously ineligible for young farmer supports. The Minister previously spoke about how this would be dealt with in the context of the forthcoming CAP. We were dealing with officials last week and there was a variance in that response. Do the witnesses have an idea as to how this important cohort of farmers can receive the support they deserve and are entitled to? Has Macra na Feirme had interactions with the Minister and the Department on this? Is Macra na Feirme satisfied that within the context of the next CAP, or outside of it, this matter will be resolved in the coming year or so?
