I ask Ms Richardson to elaborate. A body of work is required and the percentages are shocking. Farming organisations are trying to get female role models in the system and this is becoming a massive issue for the agricultural community. What body of work is required to ensure we make the progress we have unfortunately failed to make in the last decade, if not the last three decades?
