The cycle to work scheme provides for up to €1,500 of the value of an e-bike. For a high quality e-cargo bike, a figure of double that would be more realistic. I refer again to the scrappage scheme in France, where drivers are encouraged to scrap a car and get a grant towards the purchase of an e-cargo bike.
