Electric Vehicles: Discussion

I have a final question, on charging infrastructure. It is for Ms Sayers. In Fingal, north Dublin, the council and a third-party electricity supplier, which I believe is German, is trialling lamppost charging. I have used it. It was quite effective, although a little slower than the ESB's facility, which is across the street from the lamppost I used. Given the infrastructure that the ESB owns and the light standards owned by local authorities around the country, is this a matter that the ESB has looked into? On the basis of my experience, parking spaces that have EV facilities are not necessarily in the centres of towns but in and around them. They are mostly on the periphery. Considering the growing numbers in communities such as Malahide, which has a population of 25,000 in close proximity, and the higher socio-economic income thresholds, there are many more electric vehicles. Therefore, two public charging spaces is not enough. Is this a matter that the ESB has considered?
