I am sorry. I just want to mention something. I want to bring the debate on this section to a conclusion. We have discussed it at length. There were no amendments. We are now discussing the section and I believe we have exhausted it, so we need to move on. I need a final response from Deputy Pearse Doherty and from the Minister.
