I appreciate that. It is not a target, as such, but what you would be watching for though is if you were hearing from businesses that it is difficult to get it. The original figures show that there was a very slow drawdown at time when you would have thought it might be most needed. It is worth keeping under review. The most important thing is that it is there for businesses.

Credit unions were brought in, which was a good thing. Was that after difficulties or frustration were experienced with the pillar banks? That was reflected, possibly, back to Deputies from SMEs throughout the country. What was difficult? Why was it necessary to do that with the pillar banks receiving such support from the State in other ways?
