This is new legislation and it is important to have that mapped out. The Minister mentioned the Department has done an assessment of the amount of land that would be captured. It would be helpful if that was provided to us. Do he have regional or county breakdowns of that? The county development plan has a list of all the towns. It is important landowners would know that X village would be subject to this measure. As we are having this discussion, there is an impression this measure will impact on Dublin, Cork and the higher density areas but it goes way further than that.
