I do not accept that. Looking at it from a climate point of view, we have to put it in perspective. In respect of the additionality, as the Deputy said, we will look at measuring it now and measuring it in a few years' time, and importantly, whether that could be included in the inventory in terms of the credit. That would be the potential benefit. We also have to be conscious that we are losing hedges in places as well. That is an issue that has to be addressed and is being addressed. Potentially, we will review the environmental impact assessment regulations. We have committed to reviewing the environmental impact assessment in terms of the protections for hedges.
