I move amendment No. 30:
In page 32, between lines 30 and 31, to insert the following: “(2)Paragraphs (e)(ii)(II), (e)(iii), (f), (g), (h)and (i)(ii)of subsection (1) shall have effect as respects shares issued on or after 1 January 2022.”.
