Mr. Dominic Mullaney:

-----the traffic guarantee payments, which are sometimes called variable operational payments. In 2019, they came to approximately €4.5 million. In 2020, they came to approximately €10.5 million.

They increased by €6 million because of Covid over the year. If there was a large change, it would be due to other factors. It could be due to a VAT payment that was due when a road was opened. There could be a large bullet VAT payment due. There are various reasons but there were no sudden changes because of Covid.
