I am not sure exactly what the question is, but the commitment the Government made on the runway was in response to the airport's proposal. The airport made a proposal that it would extend the runway at a cost of €12 million, with funding of €7 million, substantially provided by the private sector and partly by the local authorities. The Government responded to that with a commitment that, subject to the conditions that the airport had set out, it would support the project to the extent of €5 million. The conditions relating to the approval have not been met. I understand that there is a continuing planning application, but since the commitment was given, the public spending code has been modified and the position on the outlook for the restoration of air services in the south east has changed significantly because of the Covid pandemic.
