I gather from what we are hearing now that it is not going to happen. We have three electric vehicle charging points. We have pathetic bus services and no plans really to expand them. If we are to play a part in the reduction of 500,000 journeys per day, the only strategy is to make it too expensive for some people to make some journeys. Is that correct?
