This relates to four sets of financial statements that appeared on the Order Paper and are now available publicly in the Oireachtas Library. These are the Health and Safety Authority financial statements for 2020, which received a clear audit opinion; the Pobal financial statements for 2020, for which there is a clear audit opinion; the Commission for Regulation of Utilities financial statements for 2020, for which there is a clear audit opinion; and the Ombudsman for the Defence Forces financial statements for 2020, for which there is a clear audit opinion. The only matter I would draw the committee's attention to is that there appears to be have a delay in the laying of the Commission for Regulation of Utilities financial statements. I signed off on those on 21 May. They have just been presented now so the committee may want to follow up in line with its policy to get an explanation for why there was such a delay.
