In regard to Miesian Plaza, I do not know what to say. It is bizarre that this is still going on. The OPW, on behalf of the taxpayer, is overpaying substantially for property and it appears that this process has gone on far too long. We have been told that the OPW will update us by 12 January of next year. In my view, it should have this matter resolved by then, pure and simple. I do not know if the Chair can give us a timeline as to when the OPW officials are next in with us or whether we have it on the schedule as yet.
