I move amendment No. 107:

In page 33, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following:

“(b) give notice in writing to the competent authority (D) of the reasons for approving the competent authority to prepare a draft DMAP, based on such proposal, and

cause such decision and relevant proposal to be published on a website of the Government, or”.
