I am not entirely sure how, within the context of EU law, they have been able to do it, but we will certainly talk to Revenue about how it works and what is happening. At EU level they are also looking at a review of the tobacco products tax directive. We are certainly pushing for them to look at the differentials in prices from a public health perspective. We will continue to push that on regardless.
