This will be my last question. I refer to the size of cigarette cartons. It has been suggested that cartons containing more than 20 cigarettes are another means of offloading considerable amounts into the marketplace that otherwise would not be as readily available to potential consumers. Is legislation needed to deal with that issue? The Bill does not address it. Can our guests take that issue on board and consider bringing forward such legislation?
