Was that just a blip or do we need more research on it? Is it a one-off? Are there plans for more research on this? It is worrying that this is happening after 25 years. Are there particular reasons this has happened at this particular time? During the pandemic people have been told they are going to die, so long-term life considerations go out the window for many people, but for young people aged 15 or 16, I presume there are probably different triggers. Why is this happening in those years? Is it a trend right across the world or is it just in Ireland?
